Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (RB.LN) said Tuesday that Non-Executive Chairman Adrian Bellamy plans to retire at the next annual general meeting in 2018, and will be replaced by Christopher Sinclair.

Mr. Sinclair has been a member of the board since 2015. He has served as president and chief xecutive of PepsiCo Inc.'s (PEP) food-and-beverage division, and more recently as chairman and chief executive of Mattel Inc. (MAT).
