Notice Of Annual General Meeting, Annual Report And Accounts 
 
 
TORONTO - Redknee (TSX/AIM: RKN), a leading provider of mission-critical 
software and solutions for communications service providers, today announced 
that it has published and posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts 
for the year ended 30 September 2008 as well as a Notice and Circular for the 
2009 Annual General Meeting, which will be held at the Head Office of the 
Company at 2560 Matheson Blvd. East, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada on Monday 23 
March, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. 
 
 
The resolutions to be proposed at the 2009 Annual General Meeting are: 
  *  To elect the directors of the Company; and 
  *  To re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company; and 
 
 
A Form of Proxy for use at the 2009 Annual and General Meeting has also been 
posted to shareholders. 
 
 
The Annual Report, Accounts, and Circular are available on the Company's website

The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 
59,210,271 Common Shares.
