TORONTO - February 18, 2009 - Redknee Solutions Inc. ("Redknee") (TSX / AIM: 
RKN), a leading provider of mission-critical software and solutions for 
communications service providers, today announced the following Dealings 
Announcement. 
 
 
The Company was informed on February 17, 2009 that on that date Alan Michels, 
Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased 30,000 Common Shares in the capital 
of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of C$0.39 per Common Share.Following 
the share purchases, Alan Michels holds 30,000 Common Shares of Redknee. 
 
 
As well, the Company was informed on February 17, 2009 that on that date John 
Phillips, Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased indirectly 250,000 Common 
Shares at a price of C$0.40 per Common Share. Following the share purchases, 
John Phillips holds, directly and indirectly, 1,199,418 Common Shares of 
Redknee. 
 
 
The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 
59,210,271 Common Shares.
