RECOMMENDED CASH OFFER

for

NETPLAY TV PLC

SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE

Further to the announcement of the sanction of the Scheme by the Court on 29 March 2017, the boards of directors of NetPlay TV plc ("NetPlay") and Betsson AB (publ) ("Betsson") are pleased to announce that the Scheme has now become Effective, in accordance with its terms, and NetPlay is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Betsson.

NetPlay Shareholders on the register at the Scheme Record Time, being 6.00 p.m. on 30 March 2017, will receive 9 pence in cash for each Ordinary Share held. The latest date for despatch of cheques and settlement of the cash consideration in relation to the Offer through CREST is on or by 14 April 2017.

Trading in Ordinary Shares on AIM was suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. (London time) today. The admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be cancelled at NetPlay's request with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 3 April 2017. A further announcement will be made when the admission to listing and to trading of the Ordinary Shares on AIM have each been cancelled.

As a result of the Scheme having become Effective, share certificates in respect of Ordinary Shares have ceased to be valid documents of title and entitlements to Ordinary Shares held in uncertificated form in CREST are being cancelled.
