MOYDOW ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR

Toronto, Ontario: MOYDOW MINES INTERNATIONAL INC. (the "Company")  announced 
today that Mr. Len Comerford has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the 
Company. 
 
 
Leonard Finbarr ("Len") Comerford (Age 44), an Irish national, is Managing 
Director of the P.W. Group, a specialist mining, engineering and construction 
company operating in Africa since 1986. Mr. Comerford has worked on a wide 
variety of projects across the continent in countries including Botswana, 
Namibia, Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Mali, 
Guinea, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Mauritania, Angola, Cameroon, Uganda and Egypt. 
 
 
Mr. Comerford has worked in a number of senior roles for the P.W. Group. His 
experience includes planning and implementing mining, civil engineering, 
building and marine operations, working on the feasibility and planning of 
mines, contract and financing negotiations with companies including AngloGold 
Ashanti, Resolute Mining, Goldfields Ghana, Placerdome Tanzania, Goldenstar 
Resources, Redback (Chirano) Mining, Satellite Goldfields, Sierra Mineral 
Holdings, Etruscan Resources, HSBC and BNP Paribas. 
 
 
He has also been instrumental in organising export credit arrangements with the 
British, Swedish and Danish governments for projects in Africa for public sector 
and mining projects. 
 
 
Mr. Comerford was previously the Diplomatic Representative for the Republic of 
Ireland in Ghana for ten years and managed an Irish Government Aid programme in 
Uganda in the mid 1990's. 
 
 
Until recently Mr. Comerford has been the Chief Executive Officer of Titanium 
Resources Group (TRG) from which he recently resigned. TRG owns and operates the 
Sierra Rutile Mine in Sierra Leone and under Len's stewardship sold the SML 
bauxite mine to Vimetco, completed a 30MW power station, completed a second 
dredge, commenced a third dredge and upgraded the Dry Mill facilities with the 
goal of making the property the biggest rutile producing property in the world. 
 
 
Mr Comerford is currently a director of PW Ghana, PW Mining Limited and PW 
Mining International Limited. He has been a director of Titanium Resources Group 
Limited, Sierra Rutile Limited, Sierra Minerals Limited within the last 5 years. 
There is no further information that requires disclosure under Schedule 2(g) of 
the AIM Rules.
