Nominated Adviser Update

LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, confirms the resignation of Strand Hanson Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser, which was effective from close of business, Friday 20 November 2020.

Today, pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company's shares will be suspended until a replacement Nominated Adviser is appointed. The Company reaffirms that it is in advanced discussions with a new nominated adviser. Further announcements will be made as appropriate .
