    Timetable update

    The Board of JZ Equity Partners plc (the "Company") announces that a very small number of shareholders validly dissented from the Scheme
announced by the Company on 12 May 2008. Certain of such shareholders have, following discussions with the Company, formally withdrawn their
dissent. Others of the shareholders have indicated that they will withdraw their dissent, but formal letters have not yet been received from
all shareholders from whom they are expected.

    Thus the Company is proposing that at the third extraordinary general meeting of the Company convened for 10.30 a.m. on 26 June 2008,
the chairman will put a resolution to the meeting proposing that the same be adjourned until a date to be agreed at the meeting, but
probably until early next week. The Company will make a further announcement tomorrow.
