Company's Investment Adviser, on 22 May 2008:  
    John W. Jordan II (in the account of John W. Jordan II Revocable Trust) acquired 678,000 shares at an average price of 127.93 p per
share bringing the total holding in which he is interested to 8,764,372 shares, 8.98% of the share capital.
