JUST EAT plc (the "Company") announces that an application has
been made to the UK Listing Authority for a Block listing of
320,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Shares")
on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these
shares to be admitted to trading.
The Block listing consists of 320,000 Shares to be issued as and
when exercised in relation to existing awards under the JUST EAT
Sharesave Scheme. When issued, the Shares shall rank equally with
the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to
occur on the 10 October 2016.
