INH Investec H.I.Pf

    Investec High Income Securities PLC purchased 150,000 zero dividend preference
shares at a price of 182.375p per share on 18 July 2008.  These shares will be
cancelled.

The current issued zero dividend preference share capital of the Company now
consists of 8,250,000 zero dividend preference shares.

The purchase of shares was made pursuant to the authority given to the
directors at the annual general meeting on 9 July 2008.
