Acquisition of Castleton Financial Planning

Harwood Wealth Management Group (AIM:HW.), a leading UK based financial planning and discretionary wealth management business, announces it has exchanged contracts to purchase the trade of Castleton Financial Planning, an independent Financial Advisory firm. The purchase price is expected to be c. GBP1.6m, payable 50% on completion (expected to be in April 2019) and a further two instalments of 25% and 25% which are due to be paid on the first and second anniversaries of completion, contingent upon results.
