Director Share Dealing - Mr Christopher Akers

EuroTelecom Communications, Inc. has today been notified that Mr Christopher
Akers, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company purchased 100,000 shares of Class A
common stock on 13th July at #1.22 per share and a further 50,000 shares at
#1.25 per share on 14th July 2000.

Upon completion of these transactions, Mr Akers now holds a total of 350,000
shares of Class A common stock and a further 500,000 shares of common stock in
the Company, representing 2.8% of the issued share capital.
