Deutsche Land announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders today 
containing a notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the 
offices of Cains Fiduciaries Limited, 3rd Floor, St George's Court, Upper Church 
Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EE on 4 December 2009 at 3:00 pm for the 
purposes of seeking shareholder approval to re-register the Company under the 
Isle of Man Companies Act 2006.
