Cancellation of Trading on AIM 
 
 
As Black Sea Global Properties Limited ("BSGP") has acquired or agreed to 
acquire more than 96 per cent. of the ordinary shares in Deutsche Land, the 
Board of Deutsche Land announces that it is expected that the admission of the 
Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. 
on 20 November 2009. 
 
 
The Board of Deutsche Land notes that the offer by BSGP has been extended to 4 
November 2009. The independent directors of Deutsche Land recommend any 
shareholders of Deutsche Land that have not already done so to accept the offer.
