De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 December
2016, Joanne Easton, a Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities, completed the exercise of 9,807 nil-cost options
over ordinary shares of 44 (152/175) p in the capital of the
Company, in accordance with the Performance Share Plan. 4,626
shares were sold at GBP6.219396 per share to cover the tax
liabilities and transaction costs. Joanne Easton retained the
remaining shares (5,181).
The notification below is provided in accordance with the
requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
