                                Issue of Equity


The Company announces the following directors' purchase of new ordinary shares
of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Keith Young, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 5 million new Ordinary
Shares at a price of 0.2 pence per share. Following this purchase Keith Young
now holds 15,750,000 Ordinary Shares representing 17.50% of the total voting
rights of the Company.

Robert Antell, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 5 million new
Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.2 pence per share. Following this purchase
Robert Antell now holds 19,220,000 Ordinary Shares representing 21.36% of the
total voting rights of the Company.

Following the issue of the 10 million new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have
an issued share capital of 90,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Application will be made
to the London Stock Exchange for 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM on 9 July 2007.
