indirect voting rights over 4,814,916 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the
Company, representing 6.02 per cent. of the voting capital of the Company.

Within this holding are ordinary shares held by Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and
Gerrard Investment Management Ltd.
