Craig  &  Rose  plc  are  pleased to  announce  that  Archie
Robertson,  who  has  been acting as  a  Consultant  to  the
company since May 1997, has been appointed to the Board with
immediate effect.

With  effect  from 31st July 1998, Jeremy  Hayward  will  be
appointed as a Non-Executive Director, Chris Hutton (Finance
Manager)  will  be  appointed  Company  Secretary  and  Iain
McIndoe   will  resign  as  Finance  Director  and   Company
Secretary to take up a post overseas.
