At a general meeting of the Company held on 18 April 2011, shareholders passed the proposals to wind-up the Company.

Further to the Company's Circular dated 14 March 2011, the Liquidators announce the following third and final distribution:

Distribution GBP 0.013 per share

This distribution will be paid by cheque on 30 November 2012. This payment will be by way of cheque drawn upon a UK clearing bank posted to the Shareholder's registered address.
