            BKN Announces Major New Contract on Stone Age Property


BKN is pleased to announce today that its Spanish subsidiary, BKN New Media SL
("SL") has signed an agreement worth Euro1.3 million with Cartoon One S.r.l.
("Cartoon") in Italy for the co-production of the property entitled Stone Age.

In return for the rights to the Italian market and a profit participation in the
property, Cartoon has agreed to a non-refundable payment of Euro1.3 million or 25%
of the production budget.

The property (52 x 11') will be co-produced with BKN's all digital and high
definition studios in London and Barcelona and Cartoon's studio in Rome.
