AGM Trading Update

Autologic Holdings plc held its fifteenth Annual General Meeting earlier today and the Chairman, Mr John Davies, made the following statement,

"The Company published a Rule 2.7 Announcement on Monday 18 June 2012 in connection with a recommended cash offer from Stobart Holdings Limited for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company. In that announcement, we stated that, "The Autologic Directors are satisfied with trading so far this year." For clarity, I confirm that this remains the case."
