2022 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards - Performance
Conditions
As announced on 13 April 2022 awards were granted on 12 April
2022 under the Company's 2017 LTIP plan.
The details of the performance metrics for the awards have now
been finalised and are set out below.

Earnings per 50% Threshold - 7.4p
share ("EPS") Maximum - 9.2p
Measured with reference to EPS performance
in the year ending 31 December 2024.

Measured with reference to the FTSE
Small Cap index excluding investment
trusts and the Company for the three
year period to 31 December 2024.

In each case threshold vesting will be 25% of the maximum.
Straight-line vesting occurs between threshold and maximum for both
TSR and EPS elements of the award.
