Fitch Ratings updates that Bank Hapoalim's short-term rating was
included in a positive watch list, as part of the updating of
short-term rating scales of several dozen banks. As stated in the
attached report, Fitch Ratings intends to complete the examination
and determine the final rating over the next six months. There is
no change to the long-term rating or to the outlook of the Bank's
rating.
