Don't be so hard on Brad. Getting the right date is very complex, it changes on a daily basis.

Especially when he is so focused on increasing value for s/h. It is easy to get distracted.

Being that all prior earnings have had to be re-stated, this date will get re-stated as well.

When Brad certified the ANNUAL Report--I believe he put the wrong year down--should be April 1, 2024. I assume if it gets caught, he will have to sign it again.

See 9 months ending September 30, 2023.

There is a lot of information in this report.

I noticed that they got rid of most of the Goodwill.
The fourth quarter itself had a lot baked into it already from prior Quarters, I believe.

But it looked better to me than I expected.

It looks like it has no effect on the trading.

Also, the solar residential and EV divisions are losing money. are losing money

Can someone explain these trades of 1 share, 2 shares, 7 shares etc. on SIRC? It usually happens before a slew of trades to the downside.

Like just now---was having a nice bunch of trades at .0003. Then 1 share trades at .0002. quiet for a minute or so, then two 40 million share trades at .0002 (which might be a duplication). But this has been happening quite often on the way down.
