JOHN PARK is hustling contracts at SPZI...did the same with NHMD this fall and skipped off with the cash advances. Claims $90 million in chicken feet and sugar plus more..some $300 million. Share your thoughts on him

Anything PNK pumps also please let me know, he's been pretty quiet lately on his pumps and rightfully so but I'd love to have a fantastic 2024 by shorting anything he's confident in.

my share value on e*trade just went to $0.00. no longer have any available funds. I lost every cent to this absolutely piece of junk company and CEO. Now at least it's finally at its true value. 0. 100% loss. Shame on you Billy, this CEO is a crook.

there is no working number, there is no website, there is no company. There never even was a company. They jazzed up some presentations and a makeshift website and pumped up their "5 pillar" idea of essential needs.

you summed it up perfect. Billy mislead investors from day 1 of his initial presentation. A "5 pillar" plan that accomplished nothing and continued to lead on his investors. what a loser.

Then you have losers like GUT and PNK who moderate a board to pump up a stock and instead of hearing the concerns they continued to ignore them and pump the stock even more. Embarrassing. What losers.

Then once they realized the stock is done, they vanish and likely have already changed their username to go pump another worthless penny stock. They're an embarrassment to these forums and a complete joke. Both of you, losers.

this is addeed to the list of pennystocks that never come back after getting halted. Management just never has the motiviation to bring them back let alone prevent them from drowning. RIII should have renegotiated with Tritanium it was downhill from when Tritanium cancelled their deal. Billy said his principles weere more important which meant he wouldn't renegotiate. In hindsight, I believe that Tritanium wasn't even intereesteed in renegotiating like Billy was making it out to be. I also feel like all those contracts in the past were fake. If he even landed on one for a few million we wouldn't be where we are. Billy choked RIII and investors with his hands. What a shame. I was warning him from when the price was sinking below .18 that it was being manipulated own and he needed to step in and change the direction. But he was in denial, and kept saying he had been working on big things to change the direction. When you are a peennystock don't think you have so much room to negotiate, just make a deal for the sake of sharholders it's a fiduciary duty.

Schwab did the same to me. I called them and they said that they can remove the entire line item, so it's not as disheartening (LOL), but that I should really keep it in case there is some kind of settlement or judgement that entitles prior shareholders to some sort of payout. This would be the only way to identify or prove you were a shareholder and entitled to that payout. And then there's the 1 in a trillion shot that it ever trades again.

E-Trade took the ticker off my portfolio today and it's just a bunch of numbers with the remaining dollars I have left with my current shares. Within the next couple of days this will be completely done.

Hopefully you get to make some of the money back on other, legitimate investments. Thankfully, I didn't lose too much on this, but am holding the worthless shares just in case a settlement is made for shareholders.

it's sad I lost a significant amount of money on this stock and I was right from day 1. After the first 6 months Billy showed many red flags. Half the time I was even wondering if he even knew what he was talking about in his presentations. Many concerns, many questions, many red flags.

overall a lesson learned, shame on Billy and he's a complete embarrassment and shouldn't be allowed to touch any IPO ever again.

That's actually impressive. I haven't looked at SS over the months/years, but I'm sure he worked on selling shares each time the huge contracts were announced. Gotta give him credit where it's due!
