OneScreen Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OSCN) (http://www.onescreen.com) today announced that Kai Gray, the former director of operations of Maven Networks, has joined OneScreen as an advisor. Kai has extensive experience in large-scale infrastructures related to Internet and digital media software. Kai was instrumental in Maven Networks' transition into Yahoo after its acquisition for over $120 million.

At Maven Networks, Kai's role involved managing infrastructure, software features and enhancements, large-scale client implementations, and other aspects of technology and business operations. Having been instrumental in Maven's rise in the digital video market, Kai understands all aspects of digital video, including syndication and monetization. Maven Networks' core business model involved managing, distributing, and monetizing online video content for major media companies such as SonyBMG, Fox News, Gannett, Financial Times, CBC, and HBO.

In addition to his online video experience, Kai has extensive experience with startup operations. He currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Carbonite, a company that provides online backup services to consumers and that has backed up more than 25 billion files. Kai has also served in an operational role at supply management software provider, SupplyWorks, during its acquisition with Intuitive Manufacturing Systems.

"As the digital media market matures, the technology behind the industry will become more and more important. Kai brings a unique and powerful blend of knowledge about the digital video and software startup operations to our OneScreen operations," stated Atul Patel, Chief Executive Officer of OneScreen. "As we roll out our OneScreen Media Exchange and Media Response products, Kai's insights into video syndication, delivery, monetization, and consumption will be invaluable to us and our clients."
