The SEC doesn't do crap to these serial scammers, they have been around for at least the last 25 years i have traded this. I have seen billions of shares dumped in this manner...and maybe after 3 or 4 times the SEC may shut them down, but that rarely happens.

That restriction can't come off with any attorney letter. That's only for dividend type issuents and even then it's restricted for 6 months if registered or 1 year if not registered. If he did convert outside of the restriction then it won't be long before the sec catches it.

Yeah but we know how they adhere to SEC rules here on the OTC. It is not hard for them to find and attorney to issue a 144 letter and the restrictions come off. If it wasn't Morgan it was probably tied back to his buddy Curtis.

The issued shares to himself can't be liquidated for 6 months per sec rules.. I doubt that he was the finacier on that loan.
