Last time u claimed to know about the Reg-A you said the MDCE share price would rise from then current share price. Now down so much and already up 2X since its recent bottom, it needs a 7X to get back to where you previously claimed it would rise from.

Again now you're so arrogant and hateful you chide and belittle pronouncing: "Do you have any clue what a Teg A [sic] is?", as if it exists in your wheelhouse of "meh, that's easy."

So arrogant to pretend confidence while masking your desperation to get out at just break even, chiding "Do you have a clue parrot boy?"

I am not passing any judgment.  Hindsight is all could have, should have, would have.  Just giving credit from me where credit is due.  I hope this works out big for you and this brings you more happiness.

I loaded below 0.002 all throughout 2023 when it was quiet and the certs were dumping (so you say).  Then I suspect you were involved in pumping it in spring of 2024 since all of a suddenpeople were buying and driving the price up.  That time I was not dumb enough to "diamond hand" this and  I sold most at 0.005+ so I am very appreciative to you.  I was simply expressing my gratitude because as many know, if wasn't for you, nobody would give two shits about this ticker.

Bank on what??  Not MDCE for me.  lol. Very smart to have sold then.  Great time to sell all OTC across the board.  I wasn't that smart.  I sold about $800,000 back then but kept my MDCE so who knows why.

Nah.  I wish I sold at 0.03.  I sold at 0.028 years ago.  Buying back in after that was the folly.  But I do credit you for being able to bank last year.  I thank you for facilitating whoever bought my 0.0003s recently and perhaps I will thank you for those who will buy my 0.0005s.  But you may have to share the credit since more eyes and groups are on this now.

Umm it's OTC.  If it wasn't for the REG A we would be .005+ with a profitable no debt company.

Profitable penny with a current market cap of 1 million $$. Profit last year 150K, should have a market cap of at least 4.5 million based on last known financials.

1st qtr. due May 15th. If the company has turned the corner we should see a big increase in profits. Feb. auction was a huge success.

Baffled it is.  It looked all retail once momo stopped. But I wanted to wait to see SS.    No new shares for mange now. Marshall is back and I think will hopefully build  a nice run here.  Certainly a lot of eyes on it

Curious to see if the held at DTC changes tomorrow after reviewing the tape today.  I would be baffled if the float didn't change.
