Yes, the new shell designation should wake them up where they actually try to find a reverse merger candidate for this stock. I am not sure they can dump shares if they are an empty shell. With this share structure you would think they could find a good candidate.

RS don't need FINRA approval, but reverse mergers do. That's why they take so long. They probably have good reasons why they don't give much details about this, can't wait to see how this plays out.

I agree. Nothing ever added up here with this R/S. Anyway I added some .0003 and had orders in for several days to add at .0002 but never got any. They had my bids all hid. Glad to see it getting some action today.

Looks like a reverse merger to me, management has not been very clear as to the reasons for the RS. Could be an announcement soon as to why, or not. Doubt if it's an up listing. but something is definitely going on behind the scenes.

Regarding HLLK, they filed an amendment to the Florida SOS for a 1:500 reverse split, however the SOS sent it back due to the fact the date of adoption of each amendment must be included in the document. The SOS gave them 60 days or the amendment would be abandoned.

This stock has the lowest market cap of any I have seen. Around $140,000 at .0002 and $200,000 at .0003.

Agreed a RS makes no sense with only
600 million OS. After the split this will only have 1,244,371 shares. They abruptly canceled a COC a few months ago.
Makes me think they may have found something better.
Just my opinion

To do it being no where near the A/S as well, perhaps there is something on the horizon.
