It saves people from getting robbed …lets just find another ticker thats not actively diluting this much….dilution is gonna happen…..but when its excessive people should know this before buying, dont you agree? Hey, listen up, if I’m shorting this stock, I’m gonna show up here and talk about the mass diluting that’s going on and talk about notes that could flat out the share price. I don’t blame shorts for showing up here and posting these these type of comments, but they are certainly not currently holding shares hoping they go up in value, and they don’t have the best interest of investors at heart trust me. These are shorters, they are nervous and see what’s happening, they are going to get hurt, it’s going to be fun watching the show. Been there, done that! I know how these movies play out. SO… Buckle up.

NOT HUGE BUD....just because you missed .0003/4s you dont have single out any OTC stock...THEY ALL DILUTE.

….yeah i know, just want people to be aware of any HUGE dilutive tickers….not ones diluting normal rate…..but EARI has done massive dilution since last Fall….800 mil shares….and 500 mil this year…w converts and debt on books. Its the only time i throw shade on a ticker cause it wastes the entire OTCs money….and protects newbies money…..who knows maybe dilution slows down or stops…..we shall see!

Thats the OTC 99% have notes and it hasn't been that bad...Has a very look float for a .000.They have 9 subsidiaries and did $12M in revs last 2 yrs....Go back to scam $DLOC...biggest communication scam out there....$0 REVS and nothing but a rubber band in a box.

…no dilution? 500 mil added this year and 800 mil since last Fall…there is a whopping $850,000 convertible debt owed that could start selling last July, 2023, but looks like it hasnt yet? So then all the other debt and Preffered insider shares been selling…so on top of the current massive dilution……what…..IF that $850,000 even a small fraction wants their money, too…? Need a PR about all the dilution and the below convertible note:
