Look at the filings on otcmarkets website. Look at the latest filing and then look at the filing before that where it asks about any planned splits. I don’t have time to do the leg work for you, but check for yourself.

I thought that about another one I Have EG@C but they did nothing for a year and now gray. Who knows with these things.

You would think they will do something. Otherwise, it would have been the biggest waste of time in history. Why spend the time and money with custodianship, filings and share exchanges if nothing will happen.

Just a reminder they appear to have cancelled the R/S they had been mentioning in previous disclosures. The latest disclosure says no planned splits. I think that’s a big deal given we were about to be wiped out.

Well it at least looks like the RS was cancelled. The disclosure was changed in the most recent filing to say none is planned after stating one was applied for previously. That is encouraging to say the least.

What’s going to move this? They don’t put out any news. Year of the dragon is half over. A nice pump would be nice.
