Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On March 29, 2020 (March 30, 2020 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. issued a press release announcing the temporary idling of its operations in the United States effective immediately in response to the COVID-19 induced economic downturn in Europe, Brazil and the United States of America. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
