Charts and technical analysis are all driven by market sentiment, however, there needs to be enough data to make it significant. On these thinly traded stocks, tech charts can easily be skewed by one large buyer or one large seller. And, one large seller does not represent the market, however, it can (and does) shake the weaker shares from traders who just trade tickers without understanding the business behind the ticker.

CBMJ has (IMO) a viable and scalable business model which needs to get exposed to a larger audience. When that happens, the trading will be more stable and chart tech analysis will be more meaningful. Those who have run a business understand it takes time to put things in place, negotiate deals, develop business history and credibility, etc. So long as CBMJ is moving forward, with a real business plan, I'd like to see it play out.

It is said that the market knows everything and everything is priced in, so with that said, if anyone knows something factual that will hinder execution of biz plan, do please share. The biggest fear with these OTC/BB is unscrupulous management who lie, cheat and steal behind the scenes. So far, I have not seen evidence, however, it does not mean it does not exist.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is happening here. The chart speaks volumes. It's time to admit that we were wrong on this one. Assuming that CBMJ does bounce back from here, it isn't going to happen quickly. Too much technical damage has been done to the stock to expect a quick recovery in price. As for making new highs, we don't see that happening anytime soon, if ever.

Looking at the stock price today, we would have to disagree with you. This stock has gotten clobbered and is now down over 80% from the high of $1.85 reached just 31 trading days ago. It has to be one of the ugliest charts we have ever seen.

Curious to see what the financials look like after Q2. They’ll have a full qtr of patriot.tv up and will be in the middle of the campaign. That’ll be a little more telling of how things are going.

Plus we’ll get to see what it’s costing to run this new line of business.
