SBG Technology Solutions teams with Chainbridge
Solutions Inc. to provide case management technology to the U.S.
Department of Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation and
Employment Agency
Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) congratulates a consortium
of its partners for their recent win to provide a commercial
Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment case management solution
to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits
Agency, Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (VR&E)
Service.
SBG Technology Solutions Inc., Chainbridge Solutions Inc.,
Cognosante, and Atlas Research, all members of the MicroPact Global
Alliance partner program, have teamed up to provide the case
management solution to the Veterans Administration. The completed
project will be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and will
feature 2,500 seats of Tyler’s Entellitrak® solution, the only case
management platform purpose-built to meet the unique needs of
government.
As an established vendor to the VA, SBG, the prime contractor,
will manage the implementation and monitor ongoing system
operations. Chainbridge, with its extensive experience in
configuring Entellitrak solutions, will take the lead on system
development. The teams will be aided by Atlas Research, which will
focus on the human centered design aspects of the system, and
Cognosante, which will provide hosting design and staff
augmentation support.
The delivered solution will leverage the Entellitrak case
management platform to allow VR&E’s nearly 1,000 Vocational
Rehabilitation Counselors (VRC) to manage cases effectively through
automated business processes. The solution will alleviate
administrative functions, allowing VRC more time to engage with
program participants. It will provide a holistic view of each
program participant as he or she moves through a plan of services
to employment and to case closure.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to help the Department of
Veterans Affairs more efficiently serve our nation’s veterans with
service-connected employment challenges,” said Carlos Del Toro,
president & CEO at SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. “And we are
also excited to continue our relationship with our partners,
deploying Entellitrak-based solutions together.”
Aarti Smith, president and CEO of Chainbridge Solutions, agreed,
saying, “Chainbridge Solutions is extremely honored to be a member
of Team SBG. The collaboration amongst the team members will result
in a rich and robust solution for the Department of Veterans
Affairs. We are excited to be developing a solution for our
veterans, ultimately helping them thrive after completing their
service to our country.”
Tyler’s MicroPact Global Alliance program equips partners to
sell, configure, and maintain Entellitrak-based solutions. One of
the program’s stated goals is to help partners “advance toward
self-sufficiency,” in their ability to win and execute
Entellitrak-based business. To that end, partners are offered
in-depth training and certification, as well as access to all of
the same product development resources that Tyler’s employees
use.
Quarterly Global Alliance enablement forums provide the
opportunity for partners to engage with Tyler’s Entellitrak experts
and to network with one another.
“This contract award for SBG, Chainbridge, Atlas Research, and
Cognosante, secured independently of Tyler and MicroPact’s
participation, demonstrates the effectiveness of the Global
Alliance program,” said Brian Combs, senior vice president and
general manager of Tyler’s Federal Division.
The new solution will help the VA succeed in its mission to
provide comprehensive services and assistance necessary to enable
veterans with service-connected disabilities and employment
challenges to obtain and maintain stable and suitable
employment.
“Automated case management solutions help agencies streamline
administrative tasks so they can focus on providing services. The
Department of Veterans Affairs is making an investment that will
have an impact on the quality of life for thousands of veterans who
rely on VR&E services,” said Stephanie Kuhnel, vice president
of the Health, Human Services, and Benefits portfolio from Tyler’s
Federal Division. “It is a very exciting program, and a great win
for our MicroPact Global Alliance partners. In fact, with this
award Chainbridge moves to the top tier of our program as a
Platinum partner.”
