On January 23, 2019, Sprague Resources LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release providing an update on certain of its previously communicated financial guidance for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
