Subject: News from OnDeck

Dear [Customer],

We hope you and your business are faring well during these challenging times. We wanted to reach out to you to share with you some important news about OnDeck.

Yesterday, OnDeck announced that it is being acquired by Enova, so that together we can bring even more innovative financial products and services to both businesses and consumers. The OnDeck brand and products that you know and trust will continue on as part of Enova’s business.

We believe this combination is the right decision for our business, our team and, most importantly, for you, our customer. Above all else, know we will continue to be here for you and your business. Your loan with us will not change, and your relationship with us will not change.

In 2006, OnDeck was founded to provide small businesses with a more efficient, accessible, and transparent way to access capital. Fourteen years later that mission remains unchanged. OnDeck and Enova are both innovators on online lending, using technology to dramatically improve, simplify, and expand access to financial services. Our shared values and focus on expanding access to financial services for small businesses, individuals, and families alike make this a great match. Together we’ll be able to improve product offerings and our customer experience. We’re excited about this opportunity to grow and expand together with Enova.

Here are a couple key questions we’d like to answer up front. Please reach out to us, if you have any additional questions or concerns.

How can I learn more information about what is happening?
You can reach out to the OnDeck Customer Service team - we’re still here for you and your business. Your loan with us will not change. Your relationship with us will not change. Our continued commitment to you, our customer, remains the top priority.

What happens to my loan?
You will not see any changes to your OnDeck loan as a result of OnDeck becoming part of Enova. Your loan will continue uninterrupted with OnDeck. While we’re working behind the scenes to combine our operations, for you it will be business as usual. You can still reach out to us with any questions, anytime. When the combination is complete, OnDeck will be a brand within Enova, making the transition for you and your business seamless.

Who is Enova?
