Yes, they were being extremely conservative on the Pre-Feasibility Study. It should be easy for them to greatly surpass any expectations that one has,( based on that report).

Agree that it seems insane to pay 18.5% to short a stock that has the potential to hit 3 digits in 6 months.

The short interest is so high, so it cant just be MM's shorting as part of their daily manipulation.
