Financial Conduct Authority, Haleon plc (LSE/NYSE: HLN) announces
that Brian McNamara, Group Chief Executive Officer, has been
appointed to the Board of Mondelēz International, Inc.
(Nasdaq: MDLZ), as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1
February 2024.
There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of
paragraph 9.6.14.
