I'm guessing RS is being done to get the share price above a certain level to maintain compliance for listing on NASDAQ.  1 for 5 isn't too bad.  I've seen worse.  Initially I was going to get in on this one.  I really like the technology involved and feel it could create a great deal of value.  Maybe once the RS is done and more details of the merger are released I will get in.  I will be watching.  Good luck!

Who owns the patent?  What we know for sure is that in the deal, if I have this right, HUMBL Pro is what remains in the HUMBL shell.  Everything else went to WSCG... correct?  The new company is bringing in a lot of product and if the SMX deal goes through, they will bring their own set of patents to the table.

Alright folks, I am a veteran in HMBL, been in such since TSNP. I am very happy with YBRIA transition because that Brazilian company is HUGE!!! Now, recently I heard about SMX turn around and the smile kinda went away. I was exited when I heard NASDAQ company transition BUT you guys are failing to keep yourselves over $1, if you don’t do R/S or something quick, you will end up in pinkeye current, or worse, delisted. Wait, is this the why you guys are planning this YBRA merger? To be saved from this NASDAQ delisting? Darn, this is going to be a slaughterhouse for you guys .
