Rainmaker effected a one-for-five reverse stock split on Dec. 15, 2005. Rainmaker's shares trade under the symbol RMKRD. The 'D' is a temporary indicator of the reverse split and will be removed from the ticker symbol after 20 trading days following the reverse split.
