Today is July 29th so the market change won't show.

No. I keep getting new SEC notifications with revised filings. I think their share price has dropped so much that what they originally thought their uplisting would go for is no longer valid. They've also reduced the number of shares in their IPO.

Nothing great, but consistent with the language the legal beagles put in any offering so that they don't get sued if something goes wrong. I'd be more worried about the effect of dilution associated with the new shares on the NASDAQ. The fact that management owns a significant amount of shares, I doubt they are doing anything that they feel will hurt their position.

Yes, they are installing in other states also. I agree Commiefornia is awful. I live here, but for battery backups it's a good thing. There are huge SGIP rebates being offered here. In my case I just got one that paid for the entire Neovolta NV24 system being installed because I'm on a well in a fire prone area. Plus with the time of use power rates where power is 60 cents per kWh at one time of day and 9 cents on other parts of the day being able to store cheap power and use it during expensive times makes sense.

Citadel and Knight are manipulating this stock. Watching Level 2 quotes for the last couple of days. They knock it down and then lower their ask price with huge blocks that prevent the stock from moving up. The bottom will be when they say it is.
