As a result, Endace customers will now be serviced with leading-edge hardware backed by stringent QA processes, world-leading logistical support, and an improved end-to-end customer experience.

The relationship combines the engineering and innovation of two tested equipment providers, and customers benefit with highly effective cyber security solutions that protect against threats previous solutions could not see. At the same time, NEI enables Endace to provide rapid customer service within the company's newly announced tiered customer support program.
