Equant Gives Customers 'Advantage' With Complete Broadband Solution in the U.S. Alliance With GoRemote to Meet Increasing Demand for Reliable and Secure Connectivity Services at Small Branch Offices PARIS and MILPITAS, Calif., July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Equant will provide customers in the U.S. a value-added, cost-effective broadband service package called "Advantage," based on GoRemote Internet Communications' managed broadband solutions. Through this alliance, Equant is teaming with GoRemote, a leading provider of secure managed broadband network services, to complete its existing Small Office Solutions portfolio. Equant will provide customers a complete, fully managed VPN solution for connecting dispersed small branch offices and retail locations to corporate data centers and networks. Equant sees interest in broadband services across all sectors, but particularly in retail and automotive where the desire to connect many small sites in support of supply chain management and customer relationship management applications is a critical requirement.
