Genus Schedules Special Shareholder Meeting to Vote on AIXTRON Merger SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genus, Inc. (NASDAQ:GGNS) announced today that it will host a special meeting of shareholders at 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, March 10, 2005, to vote on its previously announced merger with AIXTRON AG of Aachen, Germany. The meeting will be held at Genus headquarters, located at 1139 Karlstad Drive, Sunnyvale, Calif. Genus set Friday, February 4, 2005 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the special meeting.
