Syntax-Brillian Corporation (NASDAQ:BRLC) today announced that on May 6, the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel granted the Company�s request for continued listing on The NASDAQ Stock Market, notwithstanding the delay in the filing of the Company�s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2007 (the �December Form 10-Q�). In addition to addressing other items pertaining to the Audit Committee, the Panel�s decision requires the Company to file the December Form 10-Q by July 31, 2008.
