Odyssey Marine Exploration Officially Listed On Russell 3000(R) Index

Odyssey Marine Exploration (AMEX:OMR), the world's leader in the
field of deep-ocean shipwreck exploration, has been officially
included in the Russell 3000, the Russell 2000, and the Russell
Microcap Indexes. The final index list was announced by Russell
Investment Group at the end of business day on Friday, June 22,
2007. The Russell Group has posted the final membership lists,
which include Odyssey Marine Exploration, on www.russell.com.

end of May, ranking them by total market capitalization to create
