I don’t no I’ve been on a lot of boards but it seams like this one has more arguing and bad mouthing than any other . I wonder why that is opinions matter some help some don’t make any sense some are pretty interesting but for hell sakes none deserve bad mouthing .

It's comparing apples to oranges,there is a similar focus on the lithium battery technology that their both working on, and was not promoting the other company that I do not have 0 invested in, I did over a year ago, was just stating that perhaps the news was having affect on why the selling pressure here picked up about the same time after that news came out, on top of the problems they already have adding to it, it may have nothing to do with it, but it may have got those who still have profits to throw in the towel if they seen that news.

You may be right, perhaps I shouldn’t be. What I don’t do is try to promote other stocks on a different message board. You sir….did that. XPON is not going after the same market as KULR. While they both deal with problems with lithium ion batteries, they are not competitors.

It's pretty funny how when right when that news hit,the more aggressive dumping started, so apparently many out there perhaps think it might have some kind of impact, the bottom line is this company is burning through money as faster than a ship of drunken sailors,and will soon be out of cash,and that means an offering most likely, if you don't seem to understand that, perhaps you shouldn't be posting on this board.

XPON. Release was that it will aid lithium ion batteries in cold environments. Good for them. Has nothing to do with KULR’s products or target market. You might want to stay off the board if you don’t know what KULR is or does.

KULR has received some landmark orders and commitments from many Fortune 500 companies. There’s no doubt that KULR has some great products/solutions and an engineering team that can bring the order home. Unfortunately they apparently have a very weak CFO that can’t stop the bleeding financially.

Obviously you have to reinvest in your company to grow it. The key word is “re”. You first have to recoup costs through either profitable sales, or reduce costs through reducing personnel, limit R&D spend, limit marketing spend and give the ultimate power of the company to an iron fisted CFO. This is where KULR has very significant problems. They spent over $23 million to generate over $9.3 million in revenue at a 37% GP.

Do I still think my investment in KULR was wise? Not sure. They did however promise to be profitable by the end of the 2nd quarter. That is meaningful. Unfortunately I’m afraid we’re going to see large dilution until then for mere sustainability. And that’s a damn shame

Yes it is I had a glimmer of hope for this stock but it’s slowly fading away . Couple more trading days will tell the story

Yeah. I meant to mention, i've seen this movie before with the bs filings , prs and it's probably totaled over 20k by now. Which I know is pennies to many, not me.

Yup,that's what did it, their cash reserves that they have left,and higher cost across the board on just about everything,and that burn rate, all = offering sitting on the shelf most likely some where.

The earnings report was not bad but the conference call did it in

On the daily it's a total pump and dump job, after not delivering on the earnings conference call what was needed to keep it pumped,that cash and burn situation was a big red flag, that the pump had no business of going as far as it did.

Is that what they call a pump and dump ? By chance
