This company's contracts and revenue stream is maybe worth 1.00 a share currently... it's implausible this stays above 3.00 much longer along with expected massive dilution

Anyone know why KULR has gone up the past two trading days on no news? The current balance sheet doesn’t justify a pps of $.20. They have yet to make a profit and the last quarter exposed that their leadership is much worse than anticipated. The company lost $9.2 million on declining sales last quarter. Their involvement in BTC (which seems to be their only focus) cost them a loss of another $9 million. That brings a negative $18.2 million for the quarter.

I sold all of my position at $1.24 pre-split. I had over 40,000 shares with an average price of $.74, so I netted a $20,000+ profit. That being said, this was one of my most disappointing stocks as my due diligence told me it was going to be a real winner. Once I realized that most of their news releases were exaggerated and/or misleading made me angry. Management has zero credibility and zero regard for shareholder value.

This is my last post on this board. I wish those that stay with this stock the very best of luck.

What part of the technology do you like the most…..battery technology or exoskeleton distribution? The KULR vibe is treated like a redheaded step child. We found out we have to pay SPACEX to play. So who do we have the space contract with?

Hey Clown! I am not a new poster. I have owned $KULR for over 1.5 years,
I sold most of my stock as it ran up from $0.10 to over 5 dollars.
But have been buying back in, because the share price has come down way too low, IMO.

I still like their technology, and now I am also playing Bitcoin with $KULR.

Wow, a new poster who loves KULR and thinks former supporters and shareholders were wrong to own it prior to the huge back stabbing. Timing is everything. I think it’s time you shove it.

$KULR...short squeeze coming. When there is more than 10% short interest on this stock and inclusion into Russell 3000 is coming, I say we are heading higher--much higher. JMHO.

It is possible, if not likely, that management counts on the public having a short memory. If/when they return to even just a promising looking chart, I bet they feel confident that they will attract new investors and perhaps some older investors eager to capitalize on short- term momentum.

Give a burned shareholder a chance to exploit a golden moment and greed will kick in, past insults will be forgiven, if not forgotten .When such thinking becomes the standard approach for management , walk away and don't look back.

KULR is a perfect example of a business that has lost its way. Management then manipulates all levers trying to prop it up. These machinations do considerable damage to the business and management’s credibility. Former loyal shareholders have exited their positions and now await the “house of cards” to tumble, as it surely will. No matter how many machinations the management team attempts, without a plan to become profitable, the equity is doomed.

Dropping like a brick in a pool as known ... 
Buy in maybe 2.00 Sub 2.00 is more likely as they are at least 3-4 quarters away from profitability and the 300 million shares of new dilution should be glorious for the pps over the next few months

Glad I bolted before the RS. This company seems to have gotten drunk on Bitcoin wine. So much effort went into getting their Treasury together that it looks like the very thought of trying to make the company truly grow to profitability was put on the back burner.

I was thinking I'd start repurchasing at $5, but now I am doing considerably better in other equities . I'm just going to sit back and see how far this drops before I move on this again .

I've invested some real effort into learning the true math of identifying a profitable , growing company. If they can't line up with that math I may never return.

Their reasoning for this RS , while rational for certain contexts, does not serve them well right now. I regard it as a misstep by a young company.

Won't last long ... KULR's numbers suck... they aren't gonna change that anytime soon. They have no large contract capability near term... it's been smoke a mirrors for years. Until their tech is adopted on a large scale, they'll be selling shares to function and buy BTC so MO can jerk off dreaming he's a real CEO.

Let'em..... if they wait to fall they could've gotten them @ 2.00 after all the dilution coming..... 

I think it's being " saved " currently by some institutions... that will run out in time. KULRs next few quarters don't look any better than last quarter. 2.00 is coming over end of summer

I’m surprised this is above $4 currently. They lost $9.2 million last quarter and BTC variances cost them another $9 million. They’re friggin brilliant. 60 employees losing $18.2 million in the quarter. Just about negative $300 K per employee.

Management has it all figured out though……do an 8:1 reverse split then issue another $300 million in stock. Friggin brilliant. Who wouldn’t want to be included in this shit story?
