US INVESTOR AND ANALYST EVENT

20 February 2018: UDG Healthcare plc ("the Group"), a leading international provider of healthcare services, will host a US Investor and Analyst Event today and tomorrow at the company's facilities in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA and Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA. The event will include site visits and presentations from the executive and divisional management teams.

UDG Healthcare issued its first quarter trading update for the period from 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017 on 31 January 2018 and no further material financial or trading update will be provided today or tomorrow.
