EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Laird Superfood, Inc. (the “Company”) on May 10, 2024 (the “Original Report”) is being filed to, among other things, (i) correct an erroneous number in Slide 23 relating to the Company’s projected cash balance at December 31, 2024 and (ii) remove the Appendix Slides 26 and 27 of the investor presentation originally filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Report.
The revised investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Except as described herein, no other changes have been made to the Original Report.
