There is a product which is more than hope because it is a viable product. Blagman has had success with shows like Poker After Dark and this has a potentially vast audience in comparison. And this is every bit as viable if not moreso.

By the way Emma shot those episodes so your argument that Dancing With the Stars prevents her from doing anything else is very weak.
What is needed is for this product to air. I have seen neither MWWC nor Blagman move on. The website is being updated every few days.

But at this point I am not seeing any serious movements toward it actually airing. So I am not sweating it. I think the assumption talks have broken off is safe to assume. And I see no evidence of other partners stepping in despite claims to the contrary. My guess is it is posturing. I'm just watching with a whatever happens happens attitude at this point. It seems Blagman is taking his sweet time deciding what is next if anything more than hyping HAD.

I think you are giving Schlenk far too much credit. If this was a scam, and I am not leaning in that direction, the players would have been Ralston and Blagman colluding. I am not leaning that way because it was far too much trouble and expense, to go to, for what was gained by Blagman and Ralston. Also I have alerted you to the fact that Schlenk was a manager in a uniform company Ted Ralston owns. I am interested to see what develops from here. I have no doubt Blagman could come out with HAD. Is he being completely unreasonable on terms? Because I do not see these other funding sources and partners you speak of. And I do not think MWWC should have funded more than 35% given the terms.

Not really. If you bothered to read my posts right along I have quoted the filings consistently. $MWWC was going to receive 35% of the profits. Logically you can't expect them to be the sole funder at 100%. So throwing the entire blame on Schlenk is unreasonable. I'm not absolving him. I'm just saying there is other bullshit out there. And one is believing that other partners have stepped in. I am guilty of believing there were other funders in the past myself however. But obviously there are no other funders at this point. If these partners existed, it would be on the air. Where I have changed is I no longer believe what people are saying specifically the principal parties.

Blagman doesn't have to announce anything being done with Schlenk. Any new partners wouldn't be a part of this company or its LLC. Why would anyone stay with Schlenk.

I have told the Board of Directors that the company's ambitions to get to Nasdaq cannot be done by utilizing a 10,000 to 1 reverse split, and I've made some strong arguments to that effect. If a reverse split is necessary, it won't happen right away, these processes take time and even then may not get approval by Finra. This is why I have proposed to the Board that IF any reverse split were to occur, it cannot exceed a 20 for 1 R.S., with a more aggressive lean towards a 10 for 1 R.S. or nothing at all.
